Terms of Service

By creating a Revio account or using the Revio platform at getrevio.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Revio is operated by Quality Firm LLC.

1. Service Description

Revio is a customer review and reputation management platform that allows businesses to send SMS review request messages to their customers after a completed service, appointment, purchase, or customer interaction. Revio is intended solely for use by businesses to request genuine customer reviews from customers who have provided prior express consent to receive SMS messages.

2. SMS Consent & Compliance

By using Revio to send SMS messages, you represent and agree that:

  • You have obtained prior express written consent from each customer before sending them an SMS review request through Revio.
  • Consent was obtained through a clear and conspicuous opt-in mechanism — such as a checkbox on a website form, a signed intake form, or a QR code opt-in flow — before submitting any customer contact information into Revio.
  • You will not use Revio to send unsolicited messages, spam, or messages to any individual who has not explicitly consented.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing SMS communications.
  • You will maintain records of customer consent and make them available upon request.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the number of customer interactions. Typically one review request message per completed service interaction.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply to recipients based on their mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out: Recipients may reply STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe from all future messages. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and permanently.

3. How Businesses Use Revio

The intended and only permitted workflow is:

  1. The business collects a customer's phone number and obtains explicit SMS consent during normal business operations (e.g., at checkout, intake form, or via QR code opt-in form).
  2. After a completed service, purchase, appointment, or customer interaction, the business enters the customer's name, phone number, and review link into Revio.
  3. Revio sends a single, personalized SMS review request to the customer on behalf of the business.
  4. The customer receives the message and may choose to leave a review, ignore it, or reply STOP to opt out.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Revio to:

  • Send messages to individuals who have not provided prior express consent.
  • Send fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual.
  • Import or use purchased, rented, or scraped phone number lists.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or carrier guidelines.
  • Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Impersonate any person, business, or brand.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Plans & Billing

  • Free Plan: Includes 5 review request SMS messages. No credit card required.
  • Pro Plan: $29/month. Includes unlimited review requests. Billed monthly via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Revio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered by all carriers, that reviews will be received, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Carrier filtering and delivery are outside Revio's control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revio and Quality Firm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including undelivered messages, carrier filtering, or TCPA violations resulting from your own consent practices.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Revio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
