Revio ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our SMS-based customer review request platform at getrevio.org. Revio is operated by Quality Firm LLC.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: Name and email address when you create a Revio business account.
- Customer phone numbers: Phone numbers entered by businesses to send review request SMS messages. These numbers are used solely to deliver consented messages and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Business information: Business name and review platform links entered when sending review requests.
- Usage data: Number of review requests sent, timestamps, and delivery status — used to display your dashboard and enforce plan limits.
- Billing information: Payment details are processed and stored securely by Stripe. Revio never stores credit card numbers.
- SMS opt-out records: We record STOP replies and maintain suppression lists to ensure opted-out recipients never receive future messages.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver SMS review request messages via Twilio to consented recipients.
- To display usage statistics and review performance on your business dashboard.
- To process subscription payments via Stripe.
- To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
- To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse of the platform.
- To honor opt-out requests and maintain suppression records.
3. SMS Messaging & Consent
Revio enables businesses to send SMS review request messages to their customers. Revio does not send messages on its own behalf. Messages are sent by businesses through the Revio platform to customers who have provided prior express consent.
Consent:By entering a customer's phone number into Revio, the business represents that the customer has provided prior express written consent to receive SMS messages regarding review requests, feedback, and related business communications.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the number of customer interactions the business has. Typically one message per service interaction.
Message and data rates:Standard message and data rates may apply based on the recipient's mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: Recipients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all future messages. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently.
Help: Recipients may reply HELP to receive support information. Support is also available at support@getrevio.org.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data or your customers' data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:
- Twilio: To deliver SMS messages. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content solely to route and deliver messages.
- Supabase: Secure database hosting for account and request records.
- Stripe: To process subscription payments securely.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Data Retention
Review request records are retained for as long as your account is active. SMS opt-out records (STOP replies) are retained indefinitely to ensure compliance with opt-out requests. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at support@getrevio.org.
6. Security
All data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
7. Your Rights

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use of Revio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
